Swedish legislation
requires participants to pay their registration fee including Swedish
VAT. Universities/companies can apply
for refunding of payed VAT,
within EU this applies only to activities where VAT is required.
Congrex will supply symposium delegates with the forms for refunding
application on-site.
If your payment is not
received before April 2009, the late fee will automatically be charged.
Registration in Stockholm
On-site registration for the Half-day Public Seminar will start on
Monday, June 8, at Kulturhuset at 11.30am. The on-site registration for
the Symposium will start on Tuesday, June 9, at KTH and will be open
during symposium hours.
Confirmation
Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of payment. In order to receive
confirmation of registration on e-mail, please indicate your e-mail
address when you register. Registration for events that are included in
the registration fee will only be confirmed if ticked "yes" on the
registration form.
Presentation sessions
Since accepted papers will be possible to download before the start of
the symposium, the organisers will in collaboration with the chairs of
the different presentation sessions prepare these to create the best
possible conditions for rewarding end discussions of the sessions.
Please note that registration for the social activities and events
will be confirmed on a "first come, first served" basis, and numbers
may be restricted. Please follow carefully the payment instructions for
all fees involved.
Alterations
Alterations to your registration must be made in writing and sent to
Congrex by e-mail or fax.
Should you be unable to attend, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place. An administration fee of SEK 100 will then be charged.
Letter of Invitation
Individuals requiring an official letter of invitation in order to
obtain a visa and authorisation to attend the Symposium should contact
Congrex Sweden at sss7registration@congrex.com.
The invitation does not financially obligate the Symposium in any way.
Expenses occured are the sole responsibility of the delegate.
